Add-ons to programing (i.e., 2 additional weeks to the 8-week, alternating weeks, etc.)
In this program, each week targets the same muscle groups but through different training styles. Week One focuses on one modality—like power and balance—while Week Two shifts to another, such as strength and endurance. This alternating structure continues throughout the program, so Week One becomes Weeks 3, 5, 7, and so on, offering variety while staying consistent with muscle engagement
Since the 8-week program is structured around three training days per week, I also offer the option to add extra sessions if you're looking for more intensity or flexibility. Whether you're aiming to accelerate results or simply love being in motion, we can customize the schedule to fit your goals.
The 8-week program includes in-person or virtual sessions on both the first and last day—these are covered in your program pricing. If you’d like additional guidance during your journey, I also offer the option to train with me alongside your scheduled workouts. On these days, I’ll personally walk you through the session already programmed for you, offering support and feedback in real time to deepen your experience and boost confidence
The 8-week program includes in-person or virtual sessions on the first and last day at no extra cost. If you're looking for more hands-on support, you also have the option to train with me alongside your program. These bonus sessions can be added to your weekly schedule, but they’re separate from your customized plan—offering flexibility without changing its core structure.

When you book a personal training session with me, you’ll have the option to pair it with a nutrition coaching session at a discounted rate. It’s a powerful combo—designed to support your progress both in the gym and in the kitchen. Together, we’ll build habits that fuel your goals from every angle.
Please note, both nutrition coaching is discounted if multiple sessions are purchased.
